Cancellation and refund policy

Trit Balance (bought on our website)

Trit Balance is a digital program with immediate access to the videos, tasks and program content in the app.

You can cancel the purchase and get a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the program has not been opened in the app and none of its content has been viewed. Once the program has been opened or any content viewed, no refund is possible.

Cancellation fee: for such a cancellation we deduct 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower.

How to cancel: email support@trit.life from the address you paid with. The refund goes back to the card you paid with within 14 days of your request.

Cancelling the program from within the app closes your access to it and is not a refund request. Your food diary and all your other data stay as they were.

Charged twice, or a payment that didn't go through? Email support@trit.life and we'll sort it out.

App subscriptions

App subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple / Google under their policies.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
