This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how information is collected and used by Trit Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Trit," "we" and "our").

We are committed to protecting and respecting data privacy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

• We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and will inform you of such changes.

Personal Data Processed

§ We collect information when you register to our Service

You must be a registered user to use the Service. Registration is done through your Apple or Google account, from which we receive your email address and display name. We refer to this as "Registration Information."

We collect and process information you provide such as meals you logged into the App. We refer to this as "Your Content."

§ We collect and process your Purchase Information when you purchase a subscription to the Service

Your payments are processed through the third party payment processor we use ("Payment Processor"). We do not receive or store your credit card information and do not keep it in our records. We refer to this as "Purchase Information."

§ We will process inquiries, feedback and reviews you provide

We refer to this as "Feedback Information."

§ We collect and process measurements regarding your use of the Service

We refer to this entire data as "Analytics Information."

How Your Personal Data Is Used

§ We will process your Registration Information to provide you with the Service

We store and use your Registration Information, Your Content and Analytics Information in order to provide you the functionality of the Service.

§ We will process your Registration Information to send you informational messages

Subject to your express written consent, we will process your Registration Information to send you messages that contain sales or marketing promotions (via email and the Service). You may opt-out of receiving promotional messages at any time.

§ We will process your Purchase Information to administer your subscription to the Service

We process your Purchase Information to administer your subscription to the Service, approve your access to the Service, and manage the renewal of your subscription.

§ We use the Analytics Information, Your Content, and Feedback Information to develop and enhance the Service

We process the Analytics Information, Your Content, and Feedback Information to assess the Service performance, maintain and improve the Service, for quality assurance and for development and enhancement of the Service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, reply to you and troubleshoot problems and related purposes.

Health and Fitness Data

With your permission, the App reads health and fitness data from Apple Health (HealthKit) on iOS and from Health Connect on Android. Depending on your platform and the permissions you grant, this may include steps, distance, active energy burned, heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep, and workouts ("Health Data").

Health Data is accessed on a read-only basis and is used solely within the App on your device to display your daily activity alongside your nutrition. We do not write data back to Apple Health or Health Connect. We do not transmit your Health Data to our servers, we do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share Apple Health or Health Connect data with any third party.

You can grant or revoke this access at any time in your device's Apple Health or Health Connect settings.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Pixels

Our websites (trit.health, trit.co.il) and the App use analytics tools to measure how the Service is used: PostHog (product analytics; EU-hosted) and Google Firebase Analytics. These tools collect pseudonymous usage events, device and app-version information, and approximate location derived from IP address, and are used only to operate and improve the Service.

Our marketing pages (for example the Trit Balance page on trit.co.il) also use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to build audiences for our own ads on Meta's platforms. The Meta Pixel sets cookies and receives standard event data such as page views, quiz completions and purchases (including the purchase amount and currency), together with your IP address, browser information and, where you are logged in to Meta, identifiers Meta associates with your Meta account. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. We do not send Meta the contents of your meal logs or any health data.

You can opt out of the Meta Pixel by declining non-essential cookies in the cookie banner on our websites, by using your browser's tracking-protection or ad-blocking settings, or through Meta's ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences. Analytics used to operate the Service does not require your consent; advertising cookies are set only where you have accepted them.

Whom We Share Your Data With

We will not share your information with third parties, except in the events listed below or when you provide us with your explicit and informed consent.

§ We will process information with our service providers helping us to operate the Service

When you finish the Trit Balance suitability quiz on trit.co.il, we ask for your email address. We use it to open the program for you: it is the address you pay with and sign in to the Trit app with, so we can link your purchase to your account. We store it with the language and the advertising campaign you arrived from (UTM tags), but not your quiz answers. We send you marketing emails only if you tick the box agreeing to receive them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to support@trit.life.

We will process your Information with the assistance of our service providers, including RevenueCat, Google, and Apple as part of our subscription management process, Stripe for web payments, PostHog for product analytics, and Meta Platforms for advertising measurement (see "Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Pixels"). These companies are authorized to use your personal information in this context only as necessary to provide you with the Service and not for their own business purposes.

§ We share limited information with the Payment Processor

To effectuate your payment of the subscription fees, we share the following information with the Payment Processor: your subscription selection and account identifier.

§ We may share information with competent authorities

If you have abused your rights to use the Service, or violated any applicable law, we may share information with competent authorities and with third parties (such as legal counsels and advisors), for the purpose of handling the violation or breach.

§ We will share your information if we are legally required to do so

We will share your information if we are required to do so by a judicial, governmental or regulatory authority.

§ We will share your Information with third parties in any event of change in our structure

If the operation of our business is organized within a different framework, or through another legal structure or entity (such as due to a merger or acquisition), we will share information only as required to enable structural change in the operation of the business.

Security and Data Retention

We will retain your information for the duration needed to provide you with the Service, conduct our research and support our ordinary business activities operating the Service, and thereafter as needed for record-keeping, compliance with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.

We implement measures designed to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, these measures do not guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have rights to access, update and delete your information.

• Right to Access — your personal data that we process and receive a copy of it.

• Right to Rectify — inaccurate personal data we have concerning you and to have incomplete personal data completed.

You also have a right to have your account and personal data deleted by using the "Delete Account" option under the "Settings" tab of the App.

Minors

The Service is not directed to users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information or data from children under the age of 18 or knowingly allow children under the age of 18 to use the Service.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

The latest version of the Privacy Policy will always be accessible through the Service. If we change this Privacy Policy, we will make efforts to proactively notify you of such changes. Your continued use of the Service after being notified of the changes indicates your consent to the new policy.
