Accessibility statement
עודכן לאחרונה ב-September 2026
What this statement covers
Trit Labs, Inc. ("Trit") is committed to making its digital services usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
This statement covers trit.co.il, trit.health, the professional workspace at trit.studio, and the Trit app for iOS and Android.
We aim at WCAG 2.1 level AA (and Israeli standard 5568 level AA for our Israeli service). We do not currently claim full conformance — section 3 sets out what exists today and what does not, so that the picture you get is accurate.
What is in place
Hebrew and English interfaces, with full right-to-left support.
Full keyboard navigation on the websites, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
Large touch targets (about 54 pixels and above) in the quiz and the main action buttons.
A contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for text and links on every background used on the site; alternative text on images.
Labelled form fields in the payment step, and a hierarchical heading structure on most pages.
In September 2026 the site pages were tested with the axe tool against Israeli standard 5568 / WCAG 2.0 level AA, and the defects found were fixed. Automated testing catches only part of the possible defects, so this is not a claim of full conformance.
In the app: support for the operating system's larger text sizes, and for VoiceOver and TalkBack on most screens.
Known limitations
Video captions — the Trit Balance introduction film on the site is captioned in Hebrew and English. The daily programme videos in the app carry spoken narration and are not captioned yet; that is the most significant limitation we are aware of and it is being addressed. Until then, a transcript of the narration is available on request.
Some screens in the trit.studio professional workspace have not yet had a full accessibility review.
User-generated content — videos, images and programmes uploaded by professionals — is not fully within our control; responsibility for making it accessible rests with whoever uploaded it.
Third-party components, such as the Stripe payment form and the app stores, are governed by those providers' own accessibility policies.
No physical premises
Trit has no offices open to the public. All service, support and guidance are provided digitally, through the website and the app.
Accessibility enquiries
If you run into a difficulty, a fault, or content that is not accessible, we want to know and we will deal with it.
Email: support@trit.life
Please mention the page or screen, your device and browser, and what the difficulty was — that lets us act faster. We aim to reply within 14 business days and to fix issues as soon as we can.
Feedback and continuous improvement
Accessibility here is a process, not a one-off. We fix defects as they surface, consider accessibility when building new features, and update this statement accordingly.
